we had a great stay. Nakita was responsive and always available. the apartment was nice and had everything we needed for our family and we made all our meals during our stat.

Nakita’s place was amazing, it was clean, it smelled great, the interior design was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The area is so quiet I thought I was the only one in the neighborhood! My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer! 10/10 would definitely recommend !

If I could give 10 stars I would! Everything as described and clear instructions provided before check in. Nakita was prompt with responses as if we were texting one another! The community was very quiet! Close to everything, if you’re a walker a 10-15min walk would lead you right to everything! I’m from NYC so when I say you’re right there I mean it! Even an Ulta if you get my drift! So bring extra $$$! Fully functioning kitchen with extra perks! The aesthetic was very welcoming! Kinda makes you want to move to Jacksonville! Not for a large family so don’t try it! We all have different expectations and that is fine but I will say 5 stars across the board! Top tier customer service at its finest and that’s always at the top of my list!!! Thanks so much Nakita! Only place I’m looking to stay in JAX!

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Everything was available to use in the kitchen. The apartment was well stocked for our stay. The back patio was amazing - it was awesome to sit out early in the morning and evening. In the future, we will stay in touch with Nakita for future stays and we are going to recommend this place to friends and families. THANK YOU!!!

We were so thankful to find this gem! Very clean and extremely comparable in price, if not better, than a hotel. The room with 2 beds was great for our kiddos. Kitchen was well stocked and having a Keurig was wonderful. The closets had lots of extras- towels, hangers, fans, airbeds…we didn’t necessarily need it all on this trip but having those options is always handy! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back for a visit. Thank you!

Staying here was super fun since we are a Jacksonville Jaguars family! Nakita was clear with directions, instructions, and responded quickly. The apartment smelled so clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. We had our 3 boys with us and we had fun with the puzzles as well as Nakita being so kind to drop off a new toaster (original had a broken piece) and new Monopoly game to us because the original was missing some things and it’s one of our favorite games. The beds were comfortable, the air mattress was perfect, and the saltwater pool was fun. The location is central to so many places! If you want some great coffee, pastries, even GF options, go to the Urban Bean down the street! We will definitely stay here again!

Nakitas was a comfortable and peaceful oasis during our stay in North Florida. It’s no exaggeration that it’s literally steps away from the pool. It’s also very conveniently located to the highway and several restaurants while being quiet and peaceful. The space is small but comfortably accommodated myself and my three kids. We would absolutely stay again. But don’t be dumb like me and misplace the pool card key.

The place was very quite, peaceful and perfect place for a couple getaway. Loved it. Match the description to the T. I would visit again. She was very helpful, she always responded within minutes.
