Nakita’s place was very clean and beautiful. She was very responsive and helpful. It was very convenient to the airport. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in town!

Nakita was an amazing host! Responsive and great communication. This is one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in MANY! The amenities were great and we loved all the small details that made our stay enjoyable. We definitely recommend staying here!

Nakita’s place, the way she has it setup & the way everything was so easy to find, it was such a good vibe & a good place to unwind when you’re on vacation. She was extremely fast to respond if you had any questions. This place will be my new go to every time I’m back home.

Super clean, it has everything you can expect, I would definitely use it again. Apparently there is a shooting place very close and in the mornings the sound of the shots wakes you up.

Very comfortable spot. The amenities- pool and gym- were great! So much nicer than staying at a hotel. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay while We visited our daughter in Yulee. I would definitely stay again.

Nakita’s place was amazing, it was clean, it smelled great, the interior design was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The area is so quiet I thought I was the only one in the neighborhood! My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer! 10/10 would definitely recommend !

If I could give 10 stars I would! Everything as described and clear instructions provided before check in. Nakita was prompt with responses as if we were texting one another! The community was very quiet! Close to everything, if you’re a walker a 10-15min walk would lead you right to everything! I’m from NYC so when I say you’re right there I mean it! Even an Ulta if you get my drift! So bring extra $$$! Fully functioning kitchen with extra perks! The aesthetic was very welcoming! Kinda makes you want to move to Jacksonville! Not for a large family so don’t try it! We all have different expectations and that is fine but I will say 5 stars across the board! Top tier customer service at its finest and that’s always at the top of my list!!! Thanks so much Nakita! Only place I’m looking to stay in JAX!
